Sometimes in a session, it happens that my client gets to feel pain, embarrassment or irritation… At this moment, I give the instruction to “breathe deep, don’t contract, allow these feelings to flow”.
This may be rather difficult, because at that moment we tend to do exactly the opposite: to contract, resist and not feel the sensations awoken during the session. You need to know that by following the instructions, these uncomfortable feelings become quietness, relaxation and confidence. The head and body become one and you experience an extremely pleasant sensation. However to get there, it sometimes takes a little while.
How do you keep your hands on the steering wheel?
Keeping an eye on the horizon line while fulfilling our daily tasks can be a real challenge. Do you remember the resolutions you made at the beginning of the year? Or maybe you have some new intentions, projects or wishes you want to realize in the upcoming months?

The emotions and experience we feel when we meet a new person (or start a new project) create a state where everything seems to be new, intense and beautiful. Generally, we think it comes from the love we feel. And we know that after a while this feeling will slow down; the excitement fades away and it leads to… routine!
Learn how to transform pain

It can also be experienced as the pain of failure, loss or separation.
