A true Revelation!

“The work with Michelle was true revelation for me! Through the sessions I became conscious for the first time in my life, how I was going through life and the implications on my body. I became aware of my patterns and how they affect the functioning of my body. And today thanks to the intense “body-learning” I am able to use my body as my wise teacher and thus going much more relaxed through life and staying connected with my Self, my body and my environment.
Michelle is very gifted in what’s she is doing, gets to the “point” and it is also lots of fun to work with her. I can warmly recommend Grinberg Session to anyone who wants to progress in life and wanting to become aware of adverse patterns. Just try it out – you’ll love it.” by Ludovic B.

All these are reactions to what happens around us (people we meet, tasks we need to accomplish, information to understand) but also to what happens inside us (memories, believes, point of views).[Read more]

The importance of routines… Or how to fall in love

When we fall in love, I mean the moment we feel butterflies in our stomach, our life, for a while changes. The emotions and experience we feel when we meet a new person (or start a new project) create a state where everything seems to be new, intense and beautiful. Generally, we think it comes from the love we feel. And we know that after a while this feeling will slow down; the excitement fades away and it leads to… routine!
