Our respiration is a bridge inside our body.
By paying attention to the way we breath, we can notice how we are.
It is a great tool to modify our state: through breathing exercises we can become more focus and calm, we can warm up and mobilise our energy, we can stop a pattern that constricts us and our breathing.
And of course, we can increase our body awareness.
Breathing allows us to regain another kind of control over our selves. That is not the control of forcing and domination, but the control of “doing with what is there now”, giving space to our sensations and trusting our body.
