My name is Michelle Sabatini and my aim is to support my clients feel good in their bodies and in their lives by becoming more aware of their emotions.
All my life, I have been very interested in the connection between the body, emotions and the mind. When one of those aspects changes, the others will also be affected.
This interest led me to obtain a Master in Psychology at the University of Lausanne and to become a a certified practitioner of the Grinberg Method.
Since then, I’ve continued to learn and broaden my perception through working with people, my own practice, my love for travel and the works of Iain McGilchrist and Gabor Maté.
The method I use is based on breath, touch, attention and perception so to restore the body’s ability to heal and rebalance.
When you feel blocked, overwhelmed, anxious, with physical symptoms and pains, lacking joy, energy and satisfaction, you need to give more attention to your body, to your emotional state or to your physicality.
Breathing, touching and describing your inner state and sensations will enable you to pay attention to your body, its sensations and what is happening around you. This will help you to become more aware of yourself and the impact of your personal history on how you perceive your life today.
