By paying attention to the way we breathe, we can notice how we are. It is a great tool to modify our state: through breathing practice we can become more focus and calm, we can warm up and mobilise our energy, we can stop a pattern that constricts us and our breathing. And of course, we can increase our body awareness.

Breathing allows us to regain another kind of control over ourselves. That is not the control of forcing and domination, but the control of “going with what is there now”, giving space to our sensations and trusting our body.
