We have normally a lot of opinions about ourselves and about life in general. Those opinions are always coming from past experiences.
Even if we are not aware about them, they become beliefs that create our present, because they sit in our bodies.

„My time with Michelle was incredibly valuable. When I first came to her, I felt stuck and unclear on how to address questions on key aspects of my life. She taught me how to learn from my own physical cues to let go of old habits that were blocking me. As a result of our time together I have better energy, closer relationships with the people I care about, and more clarity on how to accomplish what is important to me. Many thanks to Michelle!“ Emily, manager.
Holiday season is approaching ! What does it means to take a break ?
A vacation should be a time when we regenerate and collect new energy to invest in our daily life.
It is also a time for doing something different : resting on the beach, trekking up mountains, party on beautiful islands 🙂
It can also be a time to know our self better and get stronger in who we are.
You may have notice that, as many other practitioners and coaches do, I always emphasise on the importance of breathing.
The breathing is a direct bridge to our ability to perceiving more of the changes appearing inside us and in our surrounding. When we limit our breathing, our perception’s ability is also reduced. When we breath bigger and deeper, our perception becomes also bigger and deeper.
Although it is quite clear to everyone why we need to breathe, it is not always evident why it is important to expanding our breathing and deepening our respiration. Sometimes this is very uncomfortable: it takes more time and slows us down. On the other hand, it allows us to feel more of what is happening in our body!
To continue from my previous article Touch, the most ancient sense I will focus today on why physical touch is so beneficial and good for us.
Actually the questions are:
Some time ago, I read an article about a new job: the professional cuddler. This professional figure offers a very peculiar service: for a predefined time, they will give a non sexual touch to their clients. They will “just” cuddle!
This service is now spreading in the USA. The article* also mentioned some research proving that cuddling decreases stress and increases the sensation of well being, softness and affection.
