The intensive process is a series of sessions within a concentrated period of time, for example 2 sessions a day for 3 days in a row or 1 session a day for 5 days in a row.
This option allows the client to focus on a subject and learn how to modify or to stop a specific pattern.
Between the sessions, the client will have the chance to pay attention to their breathing, on how they perceives their body, on the physical symptoms or attitude they wish to modify. They will also describe or train according to the wish or goal they want to achieve.
For clients who are already in a process, it would be a boost to achieve their goal faster.
For others it would be the opportunity to work quickly in a subject.
